Shipping policy

At Ora Home Decor, we offer free shipping across India for all orders over Rs 999. For orders below Rs 999, a flat shipping charge of Rs 100 will apply.

All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days, and delivered in  5-7 working days after dispatch.

A standard shipping fee will be charged for orders under Rs 999, as calculated at checkout. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns for our products. This is because the products are delicate and need extra packaging to make sure that it isn’t damaged in transit. Since it might not be possible for the customers to repack it in its original condition, returning the product and getting a refund would not be feasible.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unboxing video is a must to show 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

If the delivery address is difficult to access, delivery times may be longer than estimated. We may contact you via email or phone to confirm delivery details. We partner only with reliable courier services.

Ora Home Decor is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or factors beyond our control. We will strive to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time mentioned in your order confirmation.
